Terms and Conditions
Vedkarn Buildcon offers farmhouse plots subject to the following terms and conditions. By booking or purchasing a plot, the buyer agrees to comply with these terms in full.
All project details, layouts, images, specifications, and amenities shown in brochures, advertisements, or on the website are for illustration purposes only and may be modified as per development requirements, legal approvals, or statutory regulations.
Plot booking is confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed booking amount. All payments must be made through approved banking channels. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice, and any applicable government taxes, registration charges, stamp duty, or statutory fees shall be borne by the buyer.
Plot allotment is provisional until completion of documentation and full payment. The company reserves the right to make minor changes in plot size, number, or layout without affecting the overall area or value. Registration of the plot will be initiated only after full and final payment is received.
Possession of the plot will be handed over after registration. Development of internal roads, fencing, and common facilities will be carried out as per project planning and feasibility. Delays caused by natural calamities, government actions, or circumstances beyond the company’s control shall not be considered a breach of commitment.
Any construction on the farmhouse plot must comply with local laws, authority guidelines, and community norms. Commercial, illegal, or unauthorized activities within the farmhouse community are strictly prohibited.
In case of cancellation by the buyer, the booking amount shall be non-refundable. Transfer of the plot before registration is subject to company approval and applicable charges.
Vedkarn Buildcon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction only.
